Enroll in our Driver Ed program at Providence Hall High School and build your driving confidence with our Utah state-approved program.
Program Phases
- Get your learner's permit.
- In-person or Online driver ed course
- After 40 hours of driving with a parent, you must begin with a permit and practice with a parent before driving independently.
- Four to Five 2-hour behind-the-wheel lessons
Behind-the-wheel driving is for refining skills and passing the test, not for learning the basics.
Course Overview
To register, you must:
- Be at least 15 years old
- Have a valid learner's permit
IMPORTANT!
Registration is open to ALL Utah teen drivers!!!
You must have your permit before registering for the Behind the Wheel portion of the driver ed programs. If you do not have your permit, please obtain it prior to that section.
We do NOT provide the skills test as a service. You can take this test at the DLD or through a private testing company.
If you register with false information, you will be removed from the class at the instructor's discretion.
